Creative Designer, Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative intern to join our design team at Bright Marketing. As an intern,you'll have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the visual identity of our brand. Working closely with different teams, you'll be involved in creating visuals for digital channels such as social media, email,campaigns, and advertisements. This is a dynamic role where you'll gain hands-on experience and play a role in maintaining the visual consistency of our brand.

Responsibilities :

- Deliver delightful digital assets to all functions of the company, including HR, leadership, social media, email campaigns, and advertisement..

- Lead the creative process from conception to creation across a wide breadth of use cases

- Work on important investor presentations/decks, landing pages, and graphic

compositions for blogs, newsletters, and more marketing efforts

- Iterate on design based on feedback from the greater team

- Develop a coherent implementation of our brand guidelines across different media

- Manage the full creative process, from brief to delivery.

- Maintain a high-quality threshold with regard to the Alchemy brand

- Evolve brand identity and communicate product, marketing assets, and business

benefits/features leveraging the power of animated storytelling.

What will you bring?

- Passion for design with a basic understanding of shape, color, and typography.

- Organizational skills reflected in the structure of design files, assets, and templates.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

- Attention to aesthetics and details.

- Eagerness to research best practices and seek inspiration.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work methodically to meet deadlines.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
