Bridgei2p - Telecaling/Customer Service Role (0-2 yrs)
- Handling inbound customer service complaints and questions from a variety of customers.
- Input call data into the company database and generate reports for management at the end of the week.
- Maintaining a high level of reliability by taking very little unscheduled time off.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule maintenance calls for customer when they would call in with a technical issue.
- Answering inbound and outbound customer's calls, covering a full range of services, including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transactions.
- Maintain call and data entry accuracy levels between levels of 95% or better.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
