Brickworks Analytics - Manager - Digital Marketing Campaign (4-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Campaign Manager to lead our digital marketing campaigns. It is an outstanding opportunity to devise, supervise and execute on strategic marketing campaigns that will help drive acquisition of new employer customers.

You will also be responsible for briefing the Content and Design team about the campaign requirements. The person in this role will have the opportunity to flex both creative and analytical skills while rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment!

Requirements :

- Proven experience in B2B & B2C campaigns majorly through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.

- Knowledge of keyword research and analytics.

- Basic knowledge of marketing compliance & A/B Testing.

- Background in Marketing agency is preferred.

- Comfortable in fast-paced environment.

- Good understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords.

- History of achieving strong ROI of clients.

- Basic understanding of Finance industry (good to have).

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.

- Handle campaign manager across platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

- Manage campaign budget.

- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.

- Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.

- Monitoring and assessing campaigns and measuring the ROI of campaigns.

- Use spreadsheets, PowerPoint to analyze data and spot trends.

- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of agreed milestones.

- Design template for creative campaigns.

- Capture and share the lead

- Creating and finalizing attractive and relevant landing pages

- Checking, monitoring, and optimizing existing ad campaigns and making recommendations on how to update them.

- Suggesting ways to reduce Fraud clicks.
