Job Responsibility:
1. To achieve sales targets and be aligned with company goals.
2. To mentor sales team and help them in achieving targets.
3. To be involved full time in sales and team training & development as well.
4. To be involved in strategy development for lead generation with marketing team and take care of entire multi-project portfolio assigned.
5. Reporting to CEO directly.
