Responsibilities and Duties

- Onboard contractors to Brick&Bolt matching the growth.

- Required to understand the Brick&Bolt process in detail and educate contractors on the benefits of joining Brick&Bolt. Explain how it can generate incremental value to both contractor and Brick&Bolt.

- Ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and capability to influence external parties.

- Work with the sales team to understand the contractor Onboarding requirement and meet them.

- Assess the contractors on different parameters and rate them on these parameters.

- Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.

- Metrics is driven to come up with the strategies to scale vendor Onboarding in the company.

- Can work on other business development activities.

What you should have :

- Impeccable work ethic with high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals

- Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement

- Clarity of thought and communication

- Past experience in business development and/or vendor management

- Past experience working in construction or real estate domain is a huge plus

- Degree in Civil Engineering is a huge plus
