BreathingRoom - City Lead (2-5 yrs)
Own the growth of the city.
- You will attract and educate new businesses about Breathing Room, and continue to grow key accounts.
- You will use both your sales & marketing expertise.
- This will involve converting in-bound leads to book on the platform and owning a city, on-boarding users on both end of our business and working with them through processes. The role also involves dealing with the operational issues with reservations.
- The person responsible essentially owns the city - be it sales or operations.
- You will be building relationships across verticals which will help deeply engage with all stakeholders along the entire BreathingRoom journey.
- You will get to be part of our team as we go through a hyper phase of growth.
Behavioral Competencies Required :
- Excited about products especially tech & mobile and startups.
- The ability to work well in a team & drive completion individually.
Technical Competencies Required :
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, Online research tools.
- Handling Customer Queries/Relationship
- Owning the reservations and making sure that they are conducting smoothly
Preferred Competencies: Sales and BD Skills. Operations require only facilitation with our spaces essentially owning the customer and not any other specific operational capability.
Must be willing to work on a high incentive based salary structure. Salary will be skewed towards performance goals.
