Breakbounce Streetwear - Retails Operations Role (6-10 yrs)
Looking for the position of Manager - Retails Ops based out of Bangalore. It is a Pan India role.
Experience - 6-8 years
Notice Period - One month or less.
Preference: an individual who has worked in a Menswear Brand
JD:
1. Financial
a) To support in planning for annual & regional targets for the retail business
b) To aim to exceed budgeted profit across all retail shops by minimizing aggregate spend and maximizing profit.
c) Responsible for designing and driving the implementation of the identified business strategies.
d) To monitor and adhere to the Annual Operating plan for the retail organization
e) Focus on development of alternate sales channels and grow profitably.
2. Customer Oriented
a) Resolve barriers and conflict in daily working by ensuring policy and process implementation.
b) Devise and design strategy for enhanced customer buying through upselling and suggestive selling
c) Develop customer oriented strategy to minimize discounts and maximize sales and total Gross Margin
d) Provide details inputs on market insights supporting business decision making for Portfolio development, Real estate development, Pricing, promotions and Markdowns
e) Implement and monitor Visual merchandising practices deployment across all stores.
3. People Oriented
a) Build an efficient and strong team to execute all planned actions to be implemented
b) To define job description & KRA of each person in Operations department
c) To review performance & improve job efficiency through training & development.
