JOB DESCRIPTION : WEB & MOBILE STRATEGIST
@BRAVELABS is seeking an experienced Digital strategist to execute online experiences that drive engagement across multiple target audiences. Primary responsibilities of this role include planning and delivering effective digital strategies to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities :
In this role you will be working in a beautiful office space environment in Bangalore where you will report directly to the CMO, also based in Bangalore. The primary role will be working on accounts where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients, collaborate with a team of developers and designers, and work with entire team on key brands.
You will need to be comfortable attending client meetings, work closely with the Account Director to service all client needs from proposal creation, kick-off meetings, ongoing communication (both internally and externally), etc. The Digital Strategist is expected to have a solid knowledge base of technical processes and language. A professional manner is essential, as is the ability to think on your feet. The desire to seek to add value to each and every project is crucial.
- Brainstorming concepts for campaigns, events, online initiatives, and more
- Producing copy daily in addition to strategic work
- Continually inspire our clients with a vision for their brand, game-changing ideas and plans to get them executed
- Drive concepts, brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and opportunities
- Uncover social insights and develop social media and creative solutions that drive the key business goals of our top clients
- Partner with others on the team to make your and their ideas shine
- Work with Product and Engineering to refine your ideas for maximum impact on WASP Platform
- Be a thought leader on how social technology is fundamentally changing brand marketing
- Client demands on occasion will dictate that work be done after hours, where, due to the external time limits imposed by our clients, it is necessary to work in excess of the regular hours to service the clients.
- An interest in and understanding of analytics and measurement of social media campaigns including a knowledge of listening based tools
- Develop digital marketing strategies with a measurement focus and integrated communications.
- Continuously keep on top of emerging social media trends.
- Campaign management across all touch or activation points

- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
- Strategic - An understanding of and desire to become more expert in brand marketing and how to build brilliant ideas across multiple verticals
- Experience with Google tools like Analytics, webmaster and Ad Words platform a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, CMS and project management systems
- Project Co-ordination with designers, SEO staff and team leaders
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing internet/digital/inbound marketing accounts
- Bachelor's degree
- Coding in HTML with Backend technology skills is a plus
