BrandBerry Marcom - Executive - Real Estate Sales (1-2 yrs)
Position: Real Estate Sales Expert
Education: Any Graduate
Experience- 0.5 - 2 years
Salary: As per industry standards.
A Real estate sales executive will be responsible to collaborate across teams to ensure successful placement of new members. Provide unmatched customer service to new members to ensure an excellent start to their member experience .Assist existing members, and become their first point of contact for complaints and feedbacks. Built and maintain supportive relationship with the community members to increase their retention.
Job roles
1) Lead generation and prospecting for new memberships.
2) Providing information to all new members, prospects about Unboxed Co working space. (i.e., reaching out to interested people, emailing etc.)
3) Lead management & Closing of leads - Maintain list of contacts/ leads and follow-up with interested customers.
4) Providing an amazing Office Tour to new prospects who visit the space in-person
5) Built and cultivate relationships with potential members
Skills/Traits required :
1. Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are highly desirable
2. Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing and hand off sales
3. Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
4. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
5. Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
