Job Role:
1. Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries by mail or calls.
2. Interact with the customers and answer their queries and inquiries.
3. Prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients.
4. Negotiating with existing and prospective clients on commercial issues, and finalizing deals.
5. Lead generation for branding services in international markets through online portals and social media; generate new business.
6. Knowledge of excel compulsory.
7. Working knowledge of CRM a bonus .
