Brand Strategist - Marketing (3-5 yrs)
- A brand strategist is a professional responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the perception of a brand in the market. They work closely with businesses to understand their target audience, competitive landscape, and unique selling proposition to develop a branding strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- To be successful in this role, a brand strategist must have strong analytical, strategic, and creative skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. They should also have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as a passion for building and nurturing strong brands.
Responsibilities :
1. Conducting research and analyzing market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats that could impact a brand's reputation or growth.
2. Defining the brand's unique selling proposition and developing messaging that resonates with the target audience.
3. Creating and managing brand guidelines that ensure consistency in visual and written communication across all marketing channels.
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand's overall strategy.
5. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
6. Developing and maintaining relationships with key influencers and media outlets to promote the brand and increase its visibility.
7. Providing guidance and support to other marketing and creative teams to ensure all efforts are aligned with the brand's strategy and messaging.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of total experience
- Content creation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
