Brand Strategist - Advertising/PR Firm (3-5 yrs)
Qualifier :
Present one or two disruptive insights based on either research or educated cognizance of the communication space, which the Congress could use in their digital campaign against the BJP
Job Brief:
- We are looking for an advertising and marketing nerd who can nurture brands by the virtue of big picture thinking, storytelling, insight-scouting, criteria development tools and synthesis in the development of agreed upon end-goals.
- The role will entail a heady mix of research, anthropology, business consultation and communication planning.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Development of appropriate communication frameworks for clients
- Brand Strategy Leadership
- Leading and executing client pitches, partnering with the creative team
- Develop positioning recommendations
- Guide market research analysis
- Distill data and research into actionable creative ideas
- Define brand elements and tone
- Forward-thinking to anticipate future communication and technology trends
- Recommending and leading growth strategies
Qualifications :
- Must be confident, articulate and have excellent instincts with regard to human behaviour, business strategy and general marketing theory.
- Should have a passion for creativity, culture, understanding how people think/interact, brands, platforms and problem solving
- Should be familiar with, but not be constricted by, formal processes for building and evolving brands over time and uncovering deep consumer insights
- Must have excellent instincts both broadly across industries and deeply within any given capability or function
