About the Role :

Role : Brand Solutions & Business Development

Location : Andheri (w), Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities :

We have been doing great work and are growing - we are hiring across roles, including awesome folks to grow our Brand Solutions footprint. For this role, you will grow while delivering on the following responsibilities -

1. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, researching potential clients, creating leads and networking with industry professionals. Recognize the client's ever-evolving goals and the competitors in the social advertising sector.

2. Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to scale up business. Identify new avenues and opportunities for the company's growth.

3. Develop a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, direct marketing and attend industry events to build a relationship with key prospects.

4. Create proposals and presentations to pitch to the client. Share the estimate of the project with the client.

5. Work closely with internal teams (such as client servicing, execution, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure that business objectives are met.

What will come in handy?

1. Industry knowledge : A considerable use of social media platforms and a fair understanding of the industry, ideally with previous experience in influencer marketing.

2. Strategic & analytical skills : The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and build data-driven strategies that would best address the client's marketing needs & requirements.

3. Relationship building : The ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Sell our solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and onboard clients.

4. Communication & presentation skills : Well developed communication, negotiation & presentation skills (and the willingness to improve on them!)

5. Adaptability : The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot the business strategy accordingly to drive revenue for our Client.
