Brand Protocol - Social Media Manager (2-5 yrs)
- Think on your feet: Real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing
- Social engagement & conversations: responsibility for hands on interaction within social media presences (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, Vine, Blog)
- Define: Strategies to build/enhance the follower/fan base and to develop channels that strengthen engagement
- Facilitate: Build relations, network and manage relationships with publishers, content creators, fan clubs and influencers.
- Collaborate: Find potential partners for marketing tie-ups and execute possible campaigns.
- Analytics: Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions. Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity - find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns
