Brand Promotion/Ad Sales Role - Entertainment (4-10 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY :
- The candidate will be responsible for developing business in a given category/categories for HT Media in Bombay region.
- He/she will need to identify the potential in the market, and figure out means to tap into it.
- He/she will need to put into action various strategies defined for the overall business.
- He/she should have a good exposure to various sales processes.
- He/she should have an experience of leading a team of Managers and their teams.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS :
- He/she will be reporting into the AVP Media Marketing.
- He/she will need to liaison with the Marketing, Circulation and Editorial teams.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Primary Responsibilities) :
- Will be responsible for the business development (Revenue, Market share, and yields) for various HT group publications.
- Will be responsible for a team of Managers and Executives.
- Will need to map the market for potential business.
- Will need to look at new avenues of growth.
- He will have to drive proper processes to ensure effective working of various members within the team, and also across various functions.
- Should be hands-on on various sales tools e.g. Market share, yields etc
