Job Title : Brand Representative (Sales)

NOTE:-

Working shift of 12 hrs.

Working will be in day & night shift which is probably from 7:30 am to 7.30 pm (12 hrs) and 7:30 pm to 7:30 am (12 hrs)

Shift patterns are 1 day shift , 1 night shift & 2 day off and the same will be followed. ( Eg: Mon - Morning shift & Tue - Night shift , Wed & Thur- off , Fri - Morning shift & Sat- night shift , Sun & Mon - Off) Same will be followed and so on.

Purely target achievement based and performance is mandatory.

Must have Passport

And candidates from Mumbai region will be easy as joining will take 35 days approx. and in mean time the candidate have to be there multiple times when required due to airport rules , regulation , training and then documentation.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- The Candidate will be working on Mumbai Duty Free at International Airport departures and will be on direct pay roll of Mumbai Duty Free.

- There are number of brands at Mumbai Duty Free but candidate requirement is to push and make happen Chokola brands products sale to customers

- All the rules and regulations to be followed of Mumbai Duty Free and they will have a team Leader and Duty Manager in their particular shift

- They will be following direct orders of the brand manager Chokola related to sales and their performance will be directly monitored from here .

- And they will follow all the instructions whatever given and they need to achieve the sales figures and target

- The sales target keeps on changing month by month as per passenger and customer flow data of previous years.

- The minimum target of each candidate per month will be 6 Lakh minimum 10 lakhs maximum .

- The candidates will also get extra incentives if they achieve the target every month.

QUALIFICATION :
