Brand Marketing Specialist (8-15 yrs)
1. Branding Strategy : Develop branding, market positioning plan along with the leadership team
2. Market Positioning: Performs annual assessment and defines annual marketing plan
3. Marketing & Advertising: Plans for expanding the scope for new Marketing/Promotion methods and feasibility study, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach in the Market
4. Marketing Budgets and Calendar : Identifies promotion activities for month/year, allocates budgets for promotion activities, and prepares promotion and Marketing activities calendar.
5. Market Intelligence : Gather valuable market information in areas of economy changes, industry dynamics, competitor moves, technology changes to tap development opportunities.
6. Networking : Participate in various external industry events, networking circles to keep up- to-date knowledge
7. Manage Advertising and Corporate Communications : Periodically Interact with external stakeholders (Ecommerce Players, Digital Media, Mass media, local investors) to manage and enhance the Paradigm brand, Market Positioning and understand stakeholder expectations
