Brand Marketing Role - Hardware & Bath Fitting (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branding and Marketing Executive to strengthen our market presence. This is an on-field role focused on increasing brand visibility and promoting our product range in Chennai and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute in-shop branding activities at hardware and bath fitting stores.
- Organize plumber meets and ensure effective participation.
- Convince hardware store owners to set up product displays.
- Promote and market new product ranges to dealers and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Gather market insights and report on competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in branding/marketing or a similar field role.
- Languages: Must be proficient in Tamil and English; Hindi is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
- Candidate must own a vehicle for field travel.
- Knowledge of Chennai and its surrounding market areas is essential.
