Brand & Marketing Professional - Startup (1-3 yrs)

Hiring for our client, a startup at Noida.

This is a huge opportunity to work on a project with a global top 5 brand

Location: Noida

Mon to Fri: Work from office, Saturday: Work from home

Experience required: 1 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products, services, and events.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.

2. Social Media Management:

- Oversee and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms.

- Develop engaging and shareable content, including posts, images, and videos, to build a strong online community.

3. Content Creation:

- Draft compelling and persuasive communication materials, including emails, presentation slides, and captions, to convey the brand message effectively.

- Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

5. Collaboration and Networking:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all departments.

6. Front-facing role:

a. From time to time, you might need to conduct GMeet calls and sessions with the community.

7. Providing Support

a. Providing support to the community for their queries regarding the program initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in brand development, marketing strategy, and social media management.

- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
