Brand Marketing & Growth Manager (4-7 yrs)

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial-minded Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to drive our social media and community growth strategy. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for social media, influencer marketing, and community engagement, and a drive to innovate. As the EIR, you will bring an entrepreneurial approach to expand our social media presence, engage users, and foster a strong, loyal community.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Growth : Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand visibility, increase user engagement, and expand our online community.

- Influencer Campaigns : Design and lead influencer marketing initiatives, including creator acquisition and ambassador programs, to grow user engagement and attract new followers.

- Community Engagement : Launch and manage community programs, including VIP and loyalty initiatives, to foster user loyalty and community-driven growth.

- Collaborative Innovation : Work with product and marketing teams to leverage user insights and align content strategies with overall business goals.

- Content and Campaign Management : Create social media content calendars, manage budgets, and oversee campaign execution across platforms, analyzing performance and adapting as needed.

- Data-Driven Optimization : Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement and follower growth, using analytics to inform and refine future campaigns.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset : Identify new growth opportunities within the social media landscape, experiment with emerging trends, and develop strategies to drive revenue and community engagement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in social media, community growth, or influencer marketing.

- Proven track record of growing social media channels and creating community engagement programs.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle cross-functional initiatives.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills, with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
