About the Role
Assured Grow Consultancy LLC is looking for a Brand & Marketing Executive to manage and enhance brand visibility, develop marketing strategies, and drive digital growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, executing digital marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Marketing
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all company communications and assets.
- Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales decks for various services.
- Assist in crafting a unique brand identity and positioning in the market.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Promote the brand and services through online marketing strategies, including content marketing and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring an engaging user experience and up-to-date content.
- Implement and oversee SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic reach.
- Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
Social Media & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn marketing strategy to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
- Manage content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement on LinkedIn.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Explore other digital marketing channels as needed to expand brand reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in SEO, website management (WordPress or similar CMS), and Google Analytics.
- Experience in creating sales presentations and marketing collateral.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
