We're Hiring:

Brand Manager: As our Brand Manager, you'll be the architect and storyteller behind the Impacteers movement. You'll own the development and execution of a powerful brand narrative that ignites action, attracts passionate users, and positions Impacteers as the driving force for positive change

Responsibilities:

Forge an impactful brand identity:

- Define and refine Impacteers' brand essence, values, and messaging that resonate with our purpose-driven audience.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from our platform to social media.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, design) to infuse the Impacteers brand into every aspect of the user experience.

Fuel the movement through engagement:

- Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that inspire action and drive user acquisition across digital and offline channels (social media, content marketing, PR, events).

- Manage and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and reporting, demonstrating the impact of your efforts.

- Build and nurture relationships with key media partners and influencers who amplify the Impacteers story.

Stay at the forefront of change:

- Conduct ongoing market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment, ensuring Impacteers remains at the forefront of the movement.

- Identify and capitalize on emerging brand-building opportunities that align with our mission and values.

- Proactively adapt and refine the Impacteers brand strategy based on data and insights, ensuring continued relevance and impact.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in brand management, with a preference for purpose-driven or tech-focused brands.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns that drive engagement and action.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and channels, particularly those that resonate with a socially conscious audience.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to optimize brand strategy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives that inspire and motivate.

- Passion for technology and a genuine understanding of Impacteers' mission, values, and target audience.

- Collaborative and cross-functional team player with a strategic mindset and a drive to make a difference.

Bonus points:

- Experience working with communities driven by social impact or environmental causes.

- Fluency in multiple languages (a plus for global brands with a focus on social impact).
