- This is a front-end sales position. Day-to-day sales operations of Lladr boutique include store opening & closing. Is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service
Job Profile :
Education : Bachelor Degree / Diploma
Experience : 2- 4 yrs of retail sales operational / customer service experience
Languages : Fluent English & Local Language Telugu
- Candidates having experience in Hotel, Airline, and Jewelry industry may also apply
Key Responsibilities :
- Retail Sales - Should be excellent in it
- Ensuring the highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
- Build a long-term relationship with the customer
- Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail
- Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges, and particular specifications relating to the product
- Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with
- Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results
- Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained
- Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
Pay : 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
Plus Incentives : 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
