Brand Manager - Plastic Product Manufacturing (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:-
Brand Positioning & Creatives
- Create a compelling positioning for the brand
- Work on communication tools to communicate the positioning effectively
- Create a brand manual to ensure standardized representation of the brand
- Manage all creative requirements from the brand
- Work closely with National and regional creative agency
- Ensure all photo shoot and production jobs happen as per SOP
- Create a season launch plan to leverage the core thought and monitor the implementation of the same Catalogues
- Ideate and conceptualize the new module for Product Catalogue
- Undertake relevant shoot and production work
New store launch
- Understand the media, current local events in the catchment or in the city
- Validate the brief and activities planned for new store
- Brief the media, digital and PR agencies to leverage new store launches
- Demographic and psychographic understanding of new markets dynamic at mall/store level/city level
- Competition strength and profile of customer in that vicinity
- Create a concept note for PR and digital
- Monitor the new store performance till the time the store achieves the targeted SPD
- Monitor the implementation of marketing activities in new stores vis a vis planned output
- Work closely with RSM for new store launches
- Adherence to new store launch review mechanism with the region and at the HO
CRM
- Manage the CRM program for the brand
- Drive revenue through multiple engagement programs for the customers
- Conceptualize and manage win back programs for lapsed customers
Budget & Documentation
- Manage the annual budget for the above mentioned jobs
- Initiate and close all documentation (legal/Commercial) for all the above mentioned jobs
