Brand Manager - Pharma (7-10 yrs)
- We urgently hiring Brand Manager (Bachelor of Pharmacy/B.Sc. (Life Science/Biochemistry branch) preferable with MBA in Marketing
- 7 -10 years of Experience in Brand management. International marketing exposure of at least 2 years is essential. African region will be an added advantage.

As a Brand Manager within the Pharma industry you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that enhance the market presence and consumer perception of our pharmaceutical products. This full-time role is based in Mumbai and requires candidates with a strong foundation in pharmacy or life sciences, accompanied by an MBA in Marketing.
Job Specific Requirements - Multi therapy exposure namely General Practitioners, Cardiology, Diabetology
Competencies (Knowledge, skills and attributes).
- Cardiology/Respiratory/Oncology/Diabetology exposure is added advantage.
- Analytical/Market research skills
- Pharmaceutical marketing and selling.
- Basic A/W & Print knowledge
- Communication Skills/Interpersonal Skill
- IT skills - MS office minimum requirement - Excel proficiency (Pivot, VLOOKUP etc)
Role Requirement :
Achieving predetermined objective on Quantity/Quality ROI parameters, as well Brand Profitability :
Develop & Execute Marketing Plan of the assigned brands. Create demand, position the brand as TOM with customers & Drive sales to achieve targets with effective & executable implementation of strategies.
Market Intelligence :
Customer & market survey, polling demographics, design research-based strategy determining demand for products, analyzing competitor activity. Forecasting potential brand scope, analyzing price and sales
Developing KOL for Marketing Insights :
Customers connect & KOL development through CRM, CME & Conferences to establish brands and to receive marketing insights for existing brands and new launches. Anticipate trends.
Receiving business insights :
Quarterly meet with Head of the Department of the assigned territory for receiving business insights. Brief the field representative on strategy for effective implementation. Lead In country sales & marketing team members through campaigns
Regular field work & Interdepartmental Coordination :
Field work and cycle meet for assigned brands and territory. Measure and report success of campaign. Identify gaps and keep brand update. Analyze actual vs. planned positioning of the brand. Cross functional coordination with Sales, Logistics, Business Development, Medical, Sales & with suppliers of print inputs/campaigns
Identifying & Launching New products :
New product identification with justification through primary and secondary research & portfolio management
