Brand Manager - Marketing - Hospitality (4-8 yrs)
Marketing & Brand Manager
- Drive strategy and plan and execute all Marketing related activities to result in
- Incremental Sales, Marketing, Brand Management
- Develop, implement and monitor creative local & digital marketing channels, including social media
- Work as Point of Contact with Marketing, Branding, Website Agency, Franchisees and all Internal Departments to identify and create Sales and Marketing
Opportunities :
- Cultivate customer accounts and travel within the local area to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the Business.
- Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
- Create Business Development opportunities, identify and suggest potential partnerships to promote the Brand and increase Sales
- Understand and analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and implement approaches to ensure the restaurant stays ahead in the local market
- Present, lead and execute all ATL & BTL activities for the Brand
- Manage online restaurant/hotel review platforms and vendors
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention marketing programs, web-based, database, and direct to consumer marketing (Loyalty card, Vouchers etc. )
- Drive website traffic and acquire leads .
- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
Desired Profile and Compensation :
- MBA in marketing with specialization in Online marketing
- Minimum 4 years of experience preferably in a similar business
- Experience of managing multiple outlet and location business.
