Brand Manager - Luxury Lifestyle Corporation (4-8 yrs)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Overall :
- Is the brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects.
- Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, campaign planning, media deployment).
- Contributes to annual brand planning process.
- Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
- Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, and other marketing vehicles.
- Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing initiatives
Researching and reporting :
- Staying on top of brand performance & suggesting corrective measures required to align with set objectives/ approach/ tasks/ brand requirements by working closely with agencies.
- Monitoring performance of digital & mainline initiatives carried out in order to course correct with varying creative or media inputs where required
- Tapping into emerging digital & mainline opportunities (identifying new formats, consumer insights, trends, content types, mediums, communities to tap into) for both brands & building them into the overall business - brand approach/ task seamlessly in consultation with brand lead
- Initiating annual & quarterly reviews on brand, competition, campaign, always on so as to evaluate, analyse & help give the brand direction while measuring progress against set objectives
Leading and managing :
- Asset & brand health analysis via digital performance on GA/other measurement formats & brand track
- Implementation & execution of marketing programs for both brands in sync with the strategy, aid & shape creative development to meet business objectives. Direct media inputs & lead creative implementation across media including the approval process & deployment post approval
- Inspire, partner, motivate, guide, brief, liaise, evaluate and share feedback with the agency on creative & content development for all mediums (digital + mainline + BTL)
- Create amplification & support plans for programs/ initiatives that are led by Digital media or a mix of traditional/digital/BTL
- Documentation and budget management
- Devising & successfully implementing plans on taking retail opportunities further with partners
- Striving for work that is a on top on quality expectations, brand tone of voice, guidelines, aligned to best practices.
Planning and organizing :
- Content, media, digital and campaign calendar on the brands along with its creative elements with agencies
- Team - agency meetings, agenda setting and feedback sessions
- Briefs to agencies
Coordination and compliance :
- Ensuring adherence to processes with agencies and internal teams
- Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and requirements - brand custodianship
- Working with agencies/teams to meet timelines and delivery
