Brand Manager - Internet/Online (4-7 yrs)
Pl look at brand managers of companies which do lot of digital brand communications like Biba, Hike messenger, Manforce, Trivago, Nykka, Tanishq, Fast track, Nokia, Ola Share, Blackberry Linens, Shaadi.com, Jeevansaathi, Quikr, Cashkaro, Policybazaar etc.
Exp - 4 to 6 years
CTC - 12 - 13 LPA
Look at people who do brand communication and alliances.
- Plan, design, strategize & execute the branding campaigns for B2C and B2B audience (candidates and recruiters)
- Integrated Media planning and execution across all media (print, radio, digital, TV and outdoors) for B2C campaigns
- Development of GTM / Sales collateral to support Sales team for new products, offers, promotions etc. (Brochures, leaflets etc.)
- Work closely with the Sales, business & product teams to execute marketing promotions wherever required.
- Monitor impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis.
- Monitor, measure and optimize campaign performance to continuously improve ROI
Demand Generation :
- Increase revenue through demand generation and branding targeted at prospects and customers
- Develop a revenue centric marketing plan focused on the following segments :
- Prospect marketing (database management, campaigns, lead generation, opportunity management, etc.)
- Customer marketing (renewals, cross-sell and up sell tracking, case studies, etc.)
- Influencer marketing (Media, analysts, industry associations, government bodies, thought leadership, etc.)
- Develop segment based messaging and content.
- Develop off/online content-based demand generation campaigns.
- Manage the campaigns schedule
- Measure and analyze lead funnel and lead management process to understand progress to goals for leads, qualified leads and opportunities and associated conversion rates
Alliance :
- Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the benefits of association.
- Forge alliances and tie-ups with various corporates, online portals and platforms
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders like HR heads for participation in various events, surveys etc.
KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) :
- Brand impact, awareness and uplift with B2C and B2B
- Effectiveness of specific brand campaigns
- Lead Generation Targets
- Number and quality of alliances
The selected candidate will be designated as Brand Manager and will report to the Brand Head. Brand Manager will closely be working with Product Team, Digital Marketing team, Design Team, Demand Generation team and Sales Team.
