Job Responsibilities :
- To develop a comprehensive annual marketing activity plan
- Analyze market trends and review competition activities
- Formulate strategy with inputs from Sales & Marketing team
- Liaison with media agency prepare the plan for domestic and/or international markets (briefing/ planning/ negotiations)
- Conceptualize campaign layouts based on target audience, brand standards & guidelines and relevant message
- Work closely with the production team / agencies / partners to develop and deliver layouts
- Plan communication activity to members of external and internal databases.
- Develop electronic and direct mailers promoting brand packages, individual hotel offers and other important news (awards, launch, partnerships etc) in close co-ordination with the production team
- Identify relevant databases for each activity
Key Skill :
Media recommendations :
- Craft and implement a media strategy for our client to meet multiple objectives for different kinds of campaigns-
- Recommend the right media priorities, mix, weights, schedule and so on, using platform analytics, campaign insights and consumer truths. Constantly drive value by driving efficiencies on the Planning, Buying and Creative fronts.
Effectiveness : Design the recommendations to efficiently drive end KPI in customer journey.
Innovations : Build rapport with media publishers, ad tech players and such service providers to design media innovations at tactical and strategic levels.
Though Leadership : Be a point of origin for new thoughts, practices and processes. Candidate is expected to do this by supporting peer teams on aspects of advanced planning philosophies and platforms.
- Maintain a Zero Tolerance stance on the operational front- Reporting, Paperwork, Audit requisites etc.
- One who can deliver on Media Strategy, Planning and Buying across Offline and Online media. Candidates with an understanding of Programmatic and platform-based digital advertising will have an advantage.
Industry Preference : E Commerce
Relevant Experience - 7 to 10 years
Job Location : Mumbai - Marol
Working Days: 6 days
