Brand Manager - Hotel (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage long-term brand strategies that support business growth and market differentiation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide brand positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand strategy with corporate objectives and target market needs.
2. Brand Positioning and Messaging:
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Ensure brand positioning is effectively communicated and resonates with target audiences, driving brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Work with product and marketing teams to develop product positioning and narratives that strengthen the brand.
3. Marketing and Campaign Strategy:
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that amplify brand visibility and support business objectives.
- Oversee and contribute to the creative direction of advertising, digital, and social media strategies to reinforce brand identity.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand campaigns, including ROI, engagement metrics, and brand health.
4. Brand Guidelines and Standards:
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Ensure all brand collateral, digital content, and marketing materials adhere to the brand standards.
5. Strategic Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance to provide actionable insights for the brand strategy.
- Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders on brand performance, including metrics such as brand awareness, equity, and customer perception.
- Regularly assess competitors' branding strategies and recommend adjustments to ensure the brand remains competitive.
6. Collaboration and Cross-functional Alignment:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and communications teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively executed across all channels.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to other departments to ensure that brand objectives are achieved through various touchpoints.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience and brand consistency across all customer interactions.
7. Innovation and Market Expansion:
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for brand expansion.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to guide the brand's evolution.
- Propose and lead new initiatives that enhance the brand's relevance and market positioning.
