Brand Manager - Home & Personal Care/Fragrance (5-7 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Role/Title : Brand Manager - Fragrances
Department : Marketing Business Unit
Role Summary :
The candidate will be responsible for managing the existing as well as developing the Fragrance strategy. He/she will be responsible for business planning for the existing portfolio, doing initial secondary research to propose a medium-term strategy for the portfolio, conducting requisite researchers to validate hypothesis, coordinate cross-functionally to develop the product pipeline, developing the communication and media strategy using the creative and media agencies and develop go to market plan in association with the Sales team.

- Responsible for achieving agreed market share objectives
- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives
- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the brand
- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio
Strategic Deliverables :
- Assessment of opportunities in Fragrance category
- Developing hypothesis to test opportunities on developmental as well as consumer relevance front
- Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category through cross-functional coordination and external agency management.

Qualifications :
Educational Qualifications - Must be an MBA in Marketing From a Reputed Institution
Experience Required - Must have overall 5-7 years of experience in FMCG
- Must have experience in independently managing a brand or a category for at least 3-4 years
- Must have experience of minimum 2 years in FMCG sales
