Roles and Responsibilities :

- Brand Vision : We want to be known as the Nike of eSports and position our products as stylish accessories for gamers much like sneakers for sports . You will be responsible to set and maintain this brand identity across all customer touchpoints

- Build Community : Community is a crucial part of our brand and one that is very organic to gaming. You will be responsible for strategizing the right set of influencers who fit in with our brand vision . Work with agencies to close commercials, onboard creators and ideate campaigns on a rolling basis

- Content Strategy : Social media marketing is used by every brand today but is it really working for everyone ? You will be required to set and achieve quantifiable targets which prove social media growth - Be it follower count, engagement rate, reach . This will require planning a carefully devised strategy working and the design team to execute it .

- Events and Collaborations : The real thrill and rush of gaming is seen at events such as online and offline LAN tournaments or creator led events which happen throughout the year. You will need to select the right partners for such events, negotiate commercials and lead execution end to end

- Media Planning and Buying : Paid media is essential to achieve top of the funnel awareness ( whether you like it or not we can- t only depend on owned and earned media ) . You will be responsible for efficiently spending media budgets across channels to grow brand awareness

Qualification and Skills :

- 2-4 years work experience as a Brand Manager ( preferably in consumer brand ) or handling mandate for consumer brands at an agency

- Clear communication to internal and external stakeholders to drive brand messaging

- Creative and analytic mindset to develop strategically relevant content

- Ability to work in a fast paced start up and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Good understanding of all social media handles, Instagram, YouTube, Discord

- Personal interest in gaming and eSports is an added bonus
