2. Experience - Min. 7 to 8 yrs. in FMCG Industries.

Role & Responsibilities -
1. Develop and implement a customer account plan in line with company policies to help build strong relationships with customers.
2. Develop and manage all merchandising activities per key account to achieve desired results.
3. Ensure effective implementation of the company's promotional and merchandising activities for its distributed products.
4. Analyse company's products brands and identifying performing and non-performing brands.
5. Manage, develop, motivate and led a team of Distributor Sales Representatives and Merchandisers so they positively influence service quality to key trade accounts.
6. Collaborating with the sales function.
