Brand Manager - FMCG (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :
- Candidate must be commercially astute, ensuring sustainable and innovative and commercial opportunities to drives sales and build brand equity.
Responsibilities :
- Develop impactful and consumer centric activation strategies as per calendar (brand/product launches, relevant festivals etc.) for website graphics, social posts, email templates, linkedIn, blog etc.
- Collaborate, coordinate and supervise with all relevant teams on brand communication (interns, performance marketing, social media, PR, event, photographer, digital/online etc.) to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Maximise IndianMeat's brands and their products exposure on media/social media to support sell-out performance.
- Develop creative messaging strategies to advertise the brand's strategies and create quality PR contents such as visuals, digital contents, video and brand messages together with media, influencers and partners.
- Keeping the website fresh by regularly updating content by coordinating & collaborating with UI/UX team and ensuring site quality.
Experience and Qualifications :
- 3-5 years relevant experience working at an agency or in-house (e-com)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically, rapidly conceive, visualise, iterate and tell timeless (& emotive) stories while being true to the brand by delivering succinct strategic messages.
- Ensure utmost attention to detail, maintain the highest standards of design and creativity by approving all work created by the team and/or partner creative agency(s)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task; manage multiple priorities and deliver to business needs with maturity and judgement.
- Result orientated, self-motivated and dedicated with an aspiration to grow and develop your career further within the organisation
Good to Have :
1. Strong editorial skills with an ability to take long form material and turn it into something thumb stopping.
