Brand Manager - FMCG (2-6 yrs)
Job responsibilities include:
- Developing the branding and communication plan for, across channels and executing the same
- Ownership of all brand content across channels
- Liaising with external agencies or freelancers for content creation to support branding and communication activities
- Activating partnership and affiliates to promote brand presence
- Managing Kapiva's online presence, especially on various social media channels
- Providing brand inputs for on-ground activations
- Measuring and tracking performance for brand initiatives across channels
- Constantly ideating on and improving Kapiva's brand identity
- Identifying trends / insights and taking appropriate actions for promoting the Kapiva brand
- Brainstorming new and creative brand promotion strategies.
- Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
