Brand Manager - FMCG (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- The key deliverable for this role is to ensure profitable exponential growth of the brand portfolio by creating and executing a good brand marketing strategy
- Conducting relevant BTL, ATL and Digital programs as and when appropriate
- Ensuring maximum returns on marketing investment
- Working on product improvements, and new product development/launch extension plans based on consumer insights and need-gap analysis from the market; Discovering best sellers and removing poorly performing SKUs; Carrying out and testing marketing initiatives for the same
- Working with creative and ad agencies to come up with good brand building activities
- Having a strong working interface with all the departments in the organization
- Responsible for consumer insight generation, tracking of competitive brands
- Ensuring profitability of each SKU in laid down norms
