Brand Manager - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Broad Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy and build awareness and acceptance for the product
- Administer the annual marketing budget. Create and manage a calendar of events for brand promotion
- Product launch, conduct consumer & market research and monitor market trends to remain competitive and to meet overall company objectives and targets
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
- Create Social Media Marketing strategies to create a brand name in social media and raise awareness leading to better penetration and pull in the desired market
- Continually review changes in the market, consumer behaviour trends and the activities of competitors for proposing mitigation plans in order to combat competition by adjusting the marketing plan if required
- Lead sourcing and selection of creative partners for brand projects
- Work closely with sales team and support them in handling ATL/BTL activities
- Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research studies and measure customer satisfaction levels for further improvements in the product portfolio
