Job Description : Brand Management and Organic Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Keeping in mind the nuances of D2C as a unique intersection of product, platform and service; develop and execute the mother brand strategy, key sale events and big bet projects including digital brand activations across key geographies.
- Create quarterly and annual brand plans by designing and planning strategies for organic new user acquisition.
- Ideate on and create 360- campaigns for multiple brand objectives; including off-app brand building on TV, Print, Digital, Social, Radio, OOH and on-app on the Licious Android, iOS apps and web pages.
- Create consumer insight frameworks to arrive at right propositions and sharp briefs
- Manage the brand acquisition budget, monitor spends and develop multi-media strategies across traditional, digital, social and new-age technology channels to drive KPIs
- Measure Brand Health Tracks to identify and prioritize problem statements and solutions for the brand
- Analyse market, competition and consumer behavior to deliver insights and inputs into brand planning and development
- Understand the various drivers of acquisition, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, 0-1 customer journey) and create actionable programs leading to organic growth.
- Develop technology-driven innovations for new channels of acquisition with the Growth and Consumer Product teams
- Partner with the internal Creative Marketing and Growth teams as well as Creative, Digital and Media agencies to create a link between brand budget sand business outcomes.
