L - Brand Manager - Cookware / Home Appliances

Hiring for a German Technology Manufacturer and Exporters of Cookware Products exporting Cooker Parts, Baskets.

Job location : Pirangut (Pune)

- Looking for someone who has had experience in building brands.

- The kind of strategy they adopt, to the execution of the branding for the company, and the story it is telling.

- The person can be from a product company background, but also from a SaaS background, provided the person has experience in the creating brands that are consumer centric.

- We are not looking at someone for a digital marketing or a communication role. The role is a strategically inclined role for the growth of the brand.

- The key role of this person will be to curate the brand, create its positioning in the mind of the consumers, and identify the path the brand needs to grow. They must be able to understand our consumer, be able to understand the needs that this consumer has and be able to position the brand so that it fulfils these needs.

- Should have some experience in creating a brand architecture, and curating the brand guidelines and manual

- Should have experience in brand positioning

- Ability to have brand assets created and curated

- Creation of the customer journey for the brand at various touch points and channels

- Drive innovation in the brands growth

Candidate Profile :
