Brand Manager - Ceramic Product (8-10 yrs)
About the Role - This role will report to VP Marketing. The Brand Manager will work closely with the marketing and production staff on several retail product lines. The candidate should be an energetic professional who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate advice and provide creative input to help advance the company's Ceramics- brands. The Brand Manager will act as the creative liaison between the marketing team and the development and design department to create eye-catching retail product packaging.
Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responisble for developing, implemeting and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their brand/brands
- Managing and developing P&L and driving market growth
- Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data
- Develop custom brand management plans for each product and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management each month
- Assist in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays
- Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved
- Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor- s/ Masters Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Prior experience in Tiles manufacturing company preffered
- 8+ years experience in brand or product management
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
- Extensive experience in packaging design and retail display
