Brand Manager (5-7 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Building Luxury Ride, Cars Buying and Selling Business
- Work on Mainline and Digital Marketing for the Luxury Ride Showrooms, responsible for Overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines for the Company
- Design/ Develop and Execute the Day to Day management of Digital Marketing including Social Media, Media Campaigns, In Showroom Brandingetc
- Work on Mapping the ROI of Campaigns with Actual Sales data on ground. Track campaign metrics and trends, like Viewed rates, CTR, conversion ratesetc
- Work with the product team to ensure 100% coverage of CRM integration across all customer touchpoints
- Optimize channels and campaigns based on the performance, with a focus on leveraging Whatsapp as a channel and other digital mediums
- Strategize and implement growth marketing campaigns and initiatives using techniques of CRM marketing- You will be responsible for developing campaign strategy, designing and implementing campaigns, and running A-B tests
- Follow market trends and competition to keep the market intelligence and lead the company ahead of competition. Monitor competition and market fluctuations to develop new strategies
- Lead and Organise promotional events to reach prospective customers within the hyper local areas of various workshops
- Work with company partners to develop best practices in the creation, execution and maintenance of interactive programs for our customers
- Conduct market research as required from time to time
- Design and Develop loyalty programme for the organisation to have better customer retention
- Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution. Further Develop a process which leads to no such issues in future.
Required Education and Skills:
- Education:Post Graduation from a reputed college
- Experience: Around 5 Years of experience in Growth Hacking/Digital/ Mainline marketing with a consumer internet company
- Expertise: First-hand experience with executing Digital Campaigns for Lead Generation. Should have handled email/SMS marketing campaigns.
- You should be good with data and analysis - You should be able to analyse the marketing funnel and suggest avenues for improvement and growth across channels
- Expertise with at-least one of the CRM and analytics
- Expert Knowledge of Digital marketing and best practices
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
