Brand Manager (10-15 yrs)
This position strives to build the category, influencing opinion and behavior via integrated marketing efforts with a strong role for digital. The position incumbent will over-see marketing initiatives for a branded segment with aggressive growth ambitions. The position will be based in Mumbai.
Objectives of this Role
- Establish positioning and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments in tune with the long term strategy
- Lead the execution of marketing programs, leveraging external/ internal support and driving collaboration
- Identify customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analysis, reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights/learnings for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with retail/trade team, to design, robust retail driven initiatives

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Graduation with knowledge of digital marketing.
- Total work experience of 10- 15 years.
- Worked in marketing in a brand management role (preference) OR at a digital agency OR at a full service mainline agency with digital experience too.
- Has worked with creative teams in any earlier role.
- Proven success and track record with ideas, execution & measurement of initiatives
- Understanding of media & planning.
- Experience with handling brands that are premium, lifestyle oriented, high end youth fashion, luxury, beauty, cosmetics, youth driven brands
