We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to drive our brand's presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management & Strategy:
Lead the development of social media strategies that align with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across platforms.
Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Oversee influencer partnerships, manage campaigns with high ROI, and collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content. Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with influencers.
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop, curate, and execute a content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and engages target audiences across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Data-Driven Campaign Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and user engagement on social media platforms. Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, brand management, and influencer marketing.
