Brand Manager (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and sales.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's voice, aesthetic, and positioning to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee all social media channels, including content planning, creation, and performance analysis.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content to drive audience engagement and growth.
- Implement campaigns and ensure they align with the brand's ethos and marketing objectives.
Sales and Promotions:
- Develop and execute sales-driven marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Content Writing and Creative Oversight:
- Lead content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce visually appealing campaigns and content.
Influencer Collaborations and Partnerships:
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns to amplify the brand's reach and impact.
