Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company by identifying sales opportunities, cultivating relationships, and providing tailored solutions to customers. You will serve as the key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

- Proactively identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about the value of our offerings.

- Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Customer Engagement and Retention:

- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Market Insights and Strategy:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams to align strategies with market demands.

Achieving Targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual and team objectives.

Administration and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance, trends, and recommendations.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in Marketing.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
