Role & Responsibilities :
1. Execute and ideate on efficient and intuitive marketing strategies based on the nature of the brand
2. Execute advertising/communication campaigns (social media,Offlineetc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
4. Co-ordinate efficiently with the internal business team to understand their requirements, the obstacles, the communication objective and to meet their targets via effective marketing strategies.
5. Liase with internal verticals like social media, content, performance, and digital to execute the most effective marketing campaigns across categories via powerful communication and ideas.
6. Maintain relationships with media, and partners and effectively communicate the company's objectives.
7. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
8. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
9. Negotiate to the best of one's ability on the lines of finances, overall marketing objective and single-minded propositions.
10. Passion for fashion or must have some understanding of fashion or fashion brands and is completely immersed in the latest pop culture trends, vibes and attitudes.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing.
- Good understanding of marketing campaigns and the operational force that goes behind each of them.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Ability to think creatively and guide the agency according to the best insights and brand salience.
- MBA/BA in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline
A Day in the Life :
- Spending 70% of the day creating and executing content across brands.
- Spending 30% of the day in Meetings, working on collaborative projects, and
ideation sessions tied to driving P0 metrics to meet organizational goals.
