Experience : 1-3 yrs

Job Description:

- Create a calendar of ROI-led branding and marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and loyalty

- Develop strategic partnerships with relevant brands and business partners towards driving sales & brand building

- Develop a strong understanding of consumers and come up with meaningful, workable insights for product development and marketing campaigns

- Work in close collaboration with internal teams to plan & execute marketing initiatives while managing the bottom line for the brand

- Support product development by working closely with suppliers and logistics partners

- Lead digital marketing strategy for the brand to drive sale through ecommerce portals

- Manage online reputation & customer experience for the brand

- Develop content & collaterals for marketing campaigns

- Work closely with the sales team to understand the category in trade and draw workable insights for trade marketing programs

Desired Skills and Experience

- 1-3 years of relevant brand marketing experience (preferably in the consumer goods industry)

- MBA Marketing

- Excellent communication & networking skills

- Flair for good design & communication development

- Passion for consumer understanding

- High level of initiative and accountability

- Effectiveness at managing multiple projects with short deadlines

- Quick learner who enjoys working in a dynamic environment & new experiences
