Brand Associate - Social Media (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Building, Presenting & Pitching Social Media Branding Strategies, Communication Strategies for Clients from various verticals.
- Establishing effective brand communication campaigns & communications calendar and ensuring their timely execution.
- Obtaining clients acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing client satisfaction within project transition period adhering to brand guidelines, timeliness and content hygiene.
- Interact with copy, creative and social media teams to supervise and refine content, copy to align with client objectives& communication strategy.
- Meeting with project (Client & Internal) team members to identify and resolve issues.
- A keen eye on design aesthetics will be critical.
- Research and define social media best practices and upcoming trends
- Monthly Reporting and inference analysis for Social Media Campaigns
