Job Role
1) Exhibitions - Design and deployment.
2) Consumer Promotions - Design and deploy promotions for retail including working on Seasonal packs (Ex - Diwali gift pack) as per marketing calendar.
3) Visibility - Apply science to developing Point of Sale /merchandise to in store visibility and focus on development of elements with an eye on impact and cost efficiencies drive noticeb.
4) Activate programs to target our TG potential channels like Kitty parties/RWAs etc.
Required Skills :
- Experience of handling Exhibitions from Design to evaluation.
- Experience in handling in store visibility and rolling out consumer promotions.
- Understands the barriers to direct consumer communication and knows how to build plans to address the same.
- Strong in training others and exhibits clarity of thought on concepts.
- Understands basic presentation and hygiene requirements in the foods business.
- Prior trade marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Understanding of visibility tools and sampling in the food and beverage space.
- Preferably someone who has showcased some creativity and has a penchant for innovation/disruption.
