Urgent Opening Position Title: Brand Activation Lead
Reports To: Operations Head/Marketing Head Department: Marketing
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
CTC 12-15 Lpa
Position Purpose :
Seeking a seasoned Brand Activation Lead with over 8 years of experience to develop and execute marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement in outlets. Responsible for planning and monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, managing budgets, and ensuring ROI. Key responsibilities include brand activation, staff management, financial management, reports & analysis, and additional duties as assigned.
Key Accountabilities :
Brand Activation :
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and acquire customers.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various offline channels and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
- Manage marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Staff Management :
- Lead recruitment efforts and ensure the team is adequately trained.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Foster professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Address team issues in a timely manner.
Financial Management :
- Monitor growth, sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Optimize advertisement costs and improve financial performance of events and festivals.
- Manage inventory levels across outlets to minimize waste and track food costs.
Reports & Analysis :
- Prepare and submit reports on campaign performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Additional Duties :
- Implement marketing and promotional activities as directed by corporate.
- Plan and execute NSO/NPD periods and new store grand opening events.
- Conduct training programs for staff members.
Essential Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Business Management from a UGC certified university.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with financial management, cost control, and budgeting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Openness to travel within designated geographical area.
